The Beautiful Game: A Turn-Based Strategy Boardgame

Step into the shoes of great football coaches and show off your managerial skills. You will be in charge of every move your team players make, whether an audacious attack or resolute defense. Test out different formations, based on those of famous football clubs, and find out which one best matches your play style. In 'The Beautiful Game', players will take turns positioning their players formations, as they tackle, pass, shoot and score, in order to break down the opposing player's defence.

Your turn (as the one with the football) consists of as many 'singular moves' as possible, plus one 'multi-move' based on your designated formation. Moving the ball carefully, you will seek to pass to your teammates and look for opportunities to shoot & score on the goal.
