There are seven types of cards in the game: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack, Cheat, Exercise, and Negate. With the exception of the Negate Cards, all of the cards are marked with an amount of weight gain or loss. Play weight loss cards on yourself and weight gain cards on your opponents.
