Unlike previous sets, no Pre-Constructed decks were released with the new set.
Purchase of the Set 3 DLC from the PlayStation store was required to use the new cards, although it was not required to play against them (CPU or Player Online). Set 2 DLC purchase was not required to use the Set 3 DLC.
