In this game, cards represent some facility of a city, and players play a trick taking game using these cards. There are four suits: Agricultural, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial. Additionally, there are several special facilities that trump others and may be played anytime.
The winner of a trick takes a card from the cards on the table, and places it in front of themself, forming a part of that player's city. Other players retrieve a card from the table for future use.
At the end of the game, players score points according to facility locations in their city, and the highest scorer wins the game.
