Tunnel Rats is a tactical-level, narrative-style solitaire wargame using a tables-based game engine and randomized mapping system.

As the leader of a special assignment US Army Combat Engineers Tunnel Rat team operating in the Vietnam Mekong Delta region, your ultimate goal is to survive a 6-month Vietnam tour of duty during the year 1968. Your mission assignment is to enter underground Viet Cong tunnel complexes in the Cu Chi province and seek out and destroy any VC you may encounter. You will also attempt locate VC work shops and store rooms for the Combat Engineers to later destroy with C-4 explosives. And finally, the discovery of any VC documents in command post rooms is always an added bonus.

With most of the rules integrated into the tables, there is practically no learning curve or rules memorization. And with numerous Tunnel Rat skills, weapons, mission types, possible tactics, random events, a multitude of table modifiers, and a randomized mapping system, Tunnel Rats offers high replay value.
