TCSW is a set of tabletop rules for 5 to 54 mm miniatures and corresponding ground scales of 1mm to one inch per yard. The rules are meant to replay 20th century small unit skirmish scenarios, from about WW I through Vietnam, including commando actions and even police actions. The rule set comes in three A4-sized booklets; the first 40-page booklet covers the basic rules and contains a hand-written refernce table sheet, the Tables and Lists booklet (27 pages) holds, well, tables and lists, and the Supplement (32 pages) provides special infantry rules as well as information about transport, weather and time, smoke and gas etc. The tables booklet also holds an extensive bibliography with sub-sections Personal Accounts, Campaigns, tactics and Units, Uniform Details, Weapons, and Fiction.
