Plan Number B begins as a set of 40 new cards, introducing the following new components:

• A new deck of 21 Power Schemes
• 5 new Factions
• 3 new Ultimate Schemes
• 2 new X-factors
• 9 new Action Cards
• Interpol Agent rules (a new game element that lets you use the forces of law and order as your unwitting pawns to obstruct your rival's plans.)
