Welcome to the Moon

Welcome to the Moon is played using a scoresheet depicting a rocket ship separated into distinct levels and compartments, alongside a deck of 63 cards split into action symbols and numbers ranging from 1 to 15. The game supports solo or multiplayer matches where each participant manages their own sheet to document numbers, activate bonuses, and track mission progress.

The primary objective is to advance humanity's survival by completing adventure number one, 'The Launch,' and conquering the moon. Players compete to fill in compartments on the central rocket area, trigger quarter bonuses, fulfill public mission cards, and race toward victory by crossing off as many rockets as possible.

Every turn begins by revealing three cards that display combinations of number and action pairs. Each player selects one combination, writes the number in ascending order from left to right within the designated row on their rocket sheet, and applies the corresponding action symbol such as water, robot, leaf, astronaut, planning, energy, or wild.

Scoring revolves around completing quarters within the rocket structure to trigger special bonuses like extra rocket crossings or wild marks. Players gain victory points through mission completions, crossed-off rocket tracks, and bonus milestones, while losing five points for each system error incurred through sabotage effects.

The game concludes under three specific conditions: when any player crosses off all their rocket spaces and reaches 150 points, when a player successfully marks off every compartment on their score sheet, or when mission objectives are fully completed. In the event of a tie, bonus rockets and extra crossed-off spaces determine the winner.
