To set up the game, you need the deck of cards featuring pictures on one side and questions with answers on the back, along with a die. The die dictates the type of answer required for the active card, which can range from giving a factual answer to providing an incorrect or absurd response depending on the rolled value.

The main goal is to collect the highest number of cards by being the quickest player to respond correctly according to the secret rule dictated by the die roll.

During a turn, one player acts as the reader, holding up a picture card so everyone can see it. They roll the die to determine the constraint for the round. The reader asks the question printed on the back. Depending on the roll, players must either give a correct answer found in the image, an incorrect answer, or react appropriately to trick questions—such as asking 'What! What!' if a depicted object is not actually present in the scene.

Scoring is straightforward: the very first player to shout out the correct type of answer corresponding to the die's requirement wins the card for that round.

The game concludes after a predetermined number of rounds or once all chosen cards have been played, at which point everyone counts their collected cards.
