Looking for more initiative or firepower you can always upgrade the gun to the 3.7cm KW.K 36 L/46.5 or 5cm KW.K 39 L/60 respectively, or add a driver with Preventative Maintenance to let you modify a defensive hit to a critical to keep the tank in the fight a little longer.
