ワードチェス (Word Chess)

User summary Word Chess (ワードチェス) (Wa-do Chesu) is a brain game that can be described as the combination between a word puzzle and Chess.

To move, you say a word that begins with the same letter as the letter written on the piece. You can then move your piece the same amount of spaces as there are letters in the word you chose.

If you are able to land your piece precisely onto the space of your opponent’s piece, you can then remove your opponent’s piece from the board. The first person to remove their opponent’s king from the board wins the game.

Because this game requires you to think of various words, it requires both intellectual strength as well as the recognition of counter measures.
