The central computer's codes have been hacked and are circulating freely in the city. Batman is trying to recover them, but he is not alone... Who will take control of the city? As they move about the board, players must take different kinds of action. They must also face and outsmart villains like Clayface, Firefly and Mr. Freeze and attempt to avoid surprise explosions...
Aim of the Game: To recovers codes to obtain two coded keys and gain access to the Gotham City central computer to take control of it. The first player to do so wins.

- 32 tokens(16 codes, 8 bombs, 8 coded keys)
- 4 playing pieces (characters)
- 2 dice (characters)
- 1 six-figure die
