The pirates of the Red Brotherhood have spread out from the Baracha Isles and haunt every shore of the Western Sea. It is said they have even raised sail on the inland waters of the Vilayet. This organization, composed mainly of Argosseans, maintains a notorious rivalry with the Zingaran Freebooters, and their bloody feuds have turned the tides a deeper shade of crimson.
