Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters: Tomb of Annihilation

Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters is a game that utilizes WizKids Games' proprietary Dice Building Game platform in which two players take the role of warlords, collect and assemble their "party" of adventurer dice and battle in head-to-head gameplay. Each turn, players roll the dice to see what resources they have available, buy dice, send their party members into the field, and then strike at the enemy warlord. There are multiple cards available for each type of die so players get to choose which one to use. This lets players specialize dice to suit play style.

The name and theme of the new expansion set will be the Tomb of Annihilation, set in the Forgotten Realms. This set will offer new adventures, monsters, and spells for the game, as well as a new “Draft Pack” format, designed for tournament play.

Each Draft Pack will include 2 Basic Action cards, 12 Character or Action cards, 24 dice that match the 12 cards, and a rules insert. All components can be used with other Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters sets, but the sets have been designed for better use in draft-based games. Any Dice Masters Starter Set will be required to play (for starting NPC dice and Basic Action color indicator cards and dice).

The Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters: Tomb of Annihilation will be sold in countertop displays. Each display includes eight Draft Packs.
