LasseMajas detektivbyrå: Brått i Valleby

The game is based on the popular Swedish children's books about LasseMajas detektivbyrå (LasseMaja's detective agency) by Martin Widmark & Helena Willis. The books are about two children, Lasse and Maja, who solve mysteries and crimes in the fictional town of Valleby.

In the game, each participant gets one of the known mysteries from the books and must then as fast as possible bring the four suspects and one of the detectives to the crime scene. Whoever succeeds in it first wins.

On each mystery card, four suspects are listed. The suspects on all mystery cards as well as the two detectives Lasse and Maja and also the police chief (who is also one of the detectives) are placed around the playing field with the help of a dice. In turn, you roll the dice and either move one of your suspects or one of the detectives (who are all used by all the players) towards the building that their mystery card has listed.

In addition to this, each player has cards on hand that can either help one to move their suspects faster towards the right building or move the opponents' suspects further away from their building. Among the cards, there are also cards that give you the opportunity to take cards from an opponent, roll one more time with the dice, get the opportunity to use the cable car, etc. Every time you move one of the game characters into a building marked with an arrow, you have to draw new cards to your hand.
