(de pe site-ul Compass Games): Red Storm Over the Reich este un joc creat de Ted Raicer ce acopera campaniile finale epice ale celui de-al Doilea Razboi Mondial pe Frontul de Est, in timp ce fortele Uniunii Sovietice au zdrobit armatele germane care aparau Polonia, Prusia Orientala si Pomerania, inaintand peste Oder catre Berlin. Jocul include trei scenarii. Primul scenariu este unul istoric, in care trupele germane sunt surprinse in pozitii nefavorabile. Armatele lor vor fi probabil distruse inca din prima tura, insa conditiile de victorie sunt dificile pentru sovietici, acestia trebuind sa obtina cel putin rezultate similare celor din realitate. Al doilea scenariu pastreaza fortele istorice, dar permite germanilor sa implementeze Operatiunea Sleigh-ride, o retragere rationala a liniei principale de aparare de-a lungul Vistulei, in afara razei de actiune a barajului rusesc initial (o operatiune respinsa istoric de Hitler), care permite cel putin o fuga mai ordonata. Al treilea scenariu combina Sleigh-ride cu intariri de pe alte fronturi. Acesta presupune ca Hitler a suferit un accident vascular cerebral invalidant la sfarsitul lunii noiembrie sau inceputul lunii decembrie, iar noua conducere nazista, nesigura pe pozitia sa, deleaga deciziile militare catre Guderian.
