The game takes place over five rounds. On their turns, players extract resources, sell them in different markets, build houses and town halls, complete infrastructure demands, and move along various progress tracks. Officials and the train add strategic depth, creating constant decisions between short-term profit and long-term investment.
The goal is to earn the most victory points through prestige, buildings, progress tracks, resources, and money. Success comes from balancing production, trade, and development while making the most of the opportunities the railway brings. The player with the most efficient strategy will win.
