Yet another Michael Mette designed and web-published variant of the well-known Empire Builder system by Mayfair Games. As with several of his more recent games, this game takes place on a much smaller map than the traditional games in the series, so small in fact, that it is limited to only 2 players.

It takes place primarily on Ruegen Island, off the northern coast of Germany.
