Twist Up

A TEAM LANGUAGE GAME OBJECT: good communication and listening skills are a must to beat the other teams and successfully replicate the challenge card. In each team, one player is the speaker and one is the doer. Each doer takes a set of 9 “colour” cards and 9 see-through “animal” cards. The speakers each draw a “challenge” card, which they keep hidden. Then each speaker has to explain to their doer – just using words – how to place the “colour” and “animal” cards to replicate the picture shown on the “challenge” card. Both teams play at the same time, and the quickest to complete the challenge wins the card. The first team to win 5 challenges wins the game!
