大怪獣ヴェナタス VS 強欲な異能建築家 (Daikaiju Venatas vs Goyoku na inou-kenchikuka) is a game from Japan with players constructing properties and sending monsters to destroy the opponents' buildings.

Over 6 rounds, players place cubes in the different sectors of the city. As buildings are constructed, the land prices rise in the sectors. Then the players send Godzilla crashing around, which brings down land prices. Then they sell the buildings if they have the matching cards in hand. Unsold buildings stay in place, risking destruction next turn.

There are caps on the number of buildings to be built or sold, and the cap rises over the game.
