Wargaming with Panzerjagers and Sturmgeschutz is the first in a series volumes dealing specifically with histories of units and scenarios. This first volume deals with the "Mystery Waffens SS Panzer Division that never existed. The era is April 1945 location the German city of Hannover. The main combatants being the U.S. 84th Infanty Division, with attached Tank Destroyer and Independent Tank Battalions, versus Kampfgruppe Nicolussi Leck, backed up by the Internal Flak Division/Regiment of Hannover and a handful of German infantry, Hitler Youth and Volksturm units.
This volume includes accurate T.o.E.'s for the units involved, 6 coloured scenario maps (with two additional possible scenarios mentioned), photographs of many of the main weapons and maps showing locations of towns, villages, rivers and more.
See if you can manage to do what Nicolussi-Leck managed to do with a handful of Panzerjagers (Jagdpanthers) and armoured carriers (Sd.Kfz 250/251's). This unit became know as the "Mystery Waffen SS Panzer Division".
Though only 26 pages long, these are packed with accurate history, T.o.E.'s and games for those into wargaming with a difference.
