With every 1999 miniatures package you get a complete rulebook as well as the rules for the miniature you purchased. This allows you to get started immediately collecting and playing with miniatures for any of three core factions. The game will only be sold in blister boxes and each blister box will contain a rulebook, so each blister box is a Starter. The first release is five blister boxes for each of the three core factions: Angels, Demons and Men. Each model has a full color card with its rules in local language attached to the front of the blister box. Due to the modified genetic code of many warriors, you can tailor the programming of their DNA before every battle, tweaking your chosen tactic to gain momentum and moment of surprise, every time you play an opponent. Even the same opponent.
