Hidden Realms: A Monstrous Expedition is a standalone sequel to the hit "no-turns" card game Teddies vs Monsters. While the first game saw the Teddies defending the safety of the Orphanage, Hidden Realms takes the fight to the enemy. Realizing that the monsters will never stop coming unless their source is understood, a brave group of Teddy Scouts has decided to step through the dimensional rifts to explore the chaotic realms beyond.

Gameplay Overview

In this tile-placement, exploration, and set-collection game, 2 to 4 players (with a planned expansion for up to 6) take on the roles of elite Teddy Scouts. As you move through the shifting dimensions, you will physically build the map of the "Hidden Realms" by placing tiles, uncovering strange landmarks, and encountering the bizarre creatures that dwell within.

The game is semi-cooperative: while all Teddies must work together to survive the dangers of the expedition and manage the threats of the realms, only one Scout will gain enough renown to be named the Lead Explorer.

Your Mission: The Scout’s Bestiary

The heart of the game is your Scout’s Bestiary. Players must gather vital information, monster tracks, and rare essence samples to complete their research. Through clever set collection and strategic exploration, you will document the weaknesses and origins of the monsters, providing the Guild with the knowledge needed to end the nightmare once and for all.
