The special edition differs from the original Snowdonia as follows:

  • All new art & Graphic design;
  • Upgraded components;
  • Has a double-sided board for the two included scenarios (rather than previous card system); and,
  • Side A of the board is the Snowdon Mountain Railway; side B is a brand new scenario for the Stockton and Darlington railway.
