How do you decide that a game is out of stock?

We check whether any offer with `in_stock = true` exists at any of the ~8 tracked Romanian shops on howtoplay.ro. If none, the game enters the report.

Why a minimum threshold of 5 interested users?

To protect privacy: figures below that threshold can be swayed by a handful of people and don't reflect real demand. The threshold removes the noise.

How fresh is the data?

The report recomputes every hour from the last 90 days of events. The public endpoint `/api/public/reports/demand-gap` has a 30-minute HTTP cache.

How can I use this if I'm a publisher or distributor?

The publisher leaderboard shows exactly where unmet demand sits per licensor. For a detailed per-title report, see /for-publishers.
